Would you like a chance to WIN Amazon gift cards?

Here’s how..

We need YOUR help! To fulfill the requirements of one of the grants we received focusing on our volunteer program in 2015, we are surveying you and all our volunteers to obtain feedback about your volunteer experience. We are excited to use this knowledge to improve and kick butt more in the future!

We have created a short, 10-question survey for volunteers to complete. As an incentive, we are offering two options to win one or both of the two Amazon gift cards!

WHO? You! Complete the survey ASAP through this link!

WHAT? Full completion of this survey in its entirety qualifies you for entry into up to two drawings for Amazon gift cards. You must complete all survey questions in order to be qualified for an entry.

WHERE? Complete the survey now through this link!

WHEN? Now through December 21, 2015 ~ the sooner you complete the full survey through this link, the better your chances are of winning one or both of the Amazon gift cards.

HOW? There will be two separate drawings:

~ first drawing for one $50 Amazon Gift Card: you will receive one (1) entry upon completion of the entire survey IF YOU  SUBMIT RESPONSES TO THE ENTIRE SURVEY BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2015.

~ second drawing for one $25 Amazon Gift Card: you will receive one (1) entry upon completion of the entire survey IF YOU SUBMIT RESPONSES TO THE ENTIRE SURVEY BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY MONDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2015.

*If you submit your complete survey response on or before Wednesday, December 16, you have a chance to win EITHER or BOTH drawings!
*If you submit your complete survey response between Thursday, December 17 and Monday, December 21, you have a chance to win only the second drawing!
