What: Never Too Young Forum: A focus on under 50 colon cancer
When: June 9, 2016 – Registration begins at 9:00 am
Where: Spalding University, Louisville, KY
If you’ve heard this, it’s a big ol’ lie: Colon cancer is for old people.
It’s not. In fact, 10% of cases are in people under the age of 50. And that number is growing.
Let’s do something about it.
Join us on June 9 in Louisville, Ky. for a free event that will spotlight this trend and how physicians and supporters can do something about it. We’ll also have breakout sessions for patients and survivors impacted at age 50 and under, and their friends and family. For the full schedule, download our Never Too Young Agenda & Map.
Medical professionals: We will offer the opportunity to earn 5 Continuing Education credits. These will be available for Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacist, and Dietitians.
Thank you to our sponsors!
