We need your help!

UPDATE: HB 108 was passed, enrolled, and signed into law by the Governor on March 5, 2021! Thanks to everyone who called and advocated for this important legislation.

Through the support of Representative Gibbon Prunty and Senator Dr. Alvarado, we have filed two bills, House Bill 108 and Senate Bill 16, that if passed will help advance our cancer control mission in the Commonwealth.

Our legislators need to know we want these bills passed! The Kentucky Legislative Session has already begun. We need calls, emails and posts in support of the below bills now.

Please let the General Assembly know of our support and ask House Members to consider co-sponsoring HB 108 and Senate Members to co-sponsor SB 16!
