For those of you who don’t know, Caleb hiked the Appalachian Trail by himself from March through August this year – just two years after being diagnosed with late-stage colon cancer.
We are so proud of him! Thank you to his friends, family and many supporters who joined us at the event, which was Presented by Polymedco.
