‘Nothing could separate us. Until colon cancer did.’

We may have been 46 years apart in age, but Susie and I were really close.

Nothing could separate us. Until colon cancer did.

My friend Susie passed away last month after a long fight with this cancer. I’ve started making blue ribbon pins as a way for her to be remembered and to raise awareness.

You can make a difference too.

Colon cancer is the second deadliest cancer, but it is really preventable. The Colon Cancer Prevention Project is the only non-profit in our area that is completely focused on stopping it. Its work has been a part of lowering Kentucky’s colon cancer incidence more than 25%!

I have made a donation in honor of Susie, and my family has too. Would you join me in supporting this work with a tax-deductible monthly or one-time donation?

You can make a secure donation here.

Your friend in this cause,

Kyndal
age 11
P.S. Thank you for your donation!
